Q How long will it take to receive my order?
A All orders will be sent the following business day. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery
Q Do I need rubber gloves to handle oils since they are not for contact to the body?
A No. It is not necessary to wear rubber gloves.
Q What types of candles can I use with the burners?
A The recommended candle for our burners are Tea Candles.
Q Will the oils stain my clothing?
A No. The oils do not stain clothing, but after washing the material you may be able to smell the scent and this is due to our oils being highly concentrated.
Q What is your return policy?
A All Sales Are Final. However we will replace damaged products.
Q Who do you use for shipping?
A All products will be shipped using FedEX or USPS
Q Do I have to sign for my package?
A No. It is not necessary for you to sign for your package. You postal carrier will knock on your door and so will FedEx.
Q Can I request a fragrance not listed?
A In the event that you would like a fragrance not listed feel free to send an email requesting the fragrance of your choice and we will get it.
